BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT, INC.  is a Securities and Exchange Commission (S.E.C) registered corporation and a duly licensed manpower service provider by the  Department of Labor & Employment (D.O.L.E.); engaged in a  variety of recruitment services depending on the specific needs of  clients - permanent, project-based, contractual or temporary staff ; HR Outsourcing services such as employee assesment, selection & background check and Payroll Outsourcing services.

We started as a Human Resource Management and Support Division of our sister company 
 BPO TRAINING ACADEMY, a training school for aspiring Call Center Agent, Technical Support Representative (TSR)  and other back-office position that supports the  Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. 

The commitment, vast experience of our HR team and its innovative methodology on sourcing qualified candidates, drew the attention and respect of our strategic partners from top local and multinational corporations from different industry sectors. Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process begins with BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT officer holding an initial meeting with our customer's decision-making representative.  At this initial meeting our customer will meet the recruitment team that will be responsible for carrying out the recruitment process.  This team will then be responsible for establishing the following :   

  • That the customer's requirement is fully understood.
  • That the business reason for the customer recruiting and the impact that the recruitment process will have on the customer is fully realized.
  • That the customer's timelines are realistic and that a firm completion date is agreed. 
  • That the recruitment methods are explained and rationalized.
  • That the customer's interview and decision making process is clearly understood and is practical in allowing a decision to be made.   

 Following the initial meeting, BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT officer  would employ up to five recruitment methods which would comprise of :

Newspaper advertising
Researching or headhunting from targeted companies / candidates. 
Searching an internal database.
Networking or candidate referrals.
Using BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT website and other job boards.

 In-depth initial interviews will be conducted by the BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT officer team that met with the customer to maximize the effectiveness of the search.

BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT officer can administer testing that includes, but is not limited to, the language proficiency exam and personality profile examination along with other aptitudinal and behavioural examinations based upon the job specifications and the client's own internal processes.

Following the presentation of candidates, BPO GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT officer will then conduct reference checks on preferred candidates and participate in contractual negotiations at the customer's discretion to ensure our candidates seamless transition into our customer's business environment.
